I want to buy a PV system, where sells them???

I have just had a few quotes from solar power companies for the suppley and installation of a PV system. They are just over the budget we have, and I was wondering if I could buy a complete system and then just pay to have it installed.

Funnily enough, we knew someone in Engand who manufactures these very systems, but when we asked if we could buy one direct from them, they told us to contact a registered distributor in our area!! They then mentioned that there is no distributor in Wexford, or indeed in Ireland, and offered us the job. We declined, as having run our own businesses in the UK, neither Hubby or I wanted to do it again.

I even offered this chap and his family free holidays in our holiday let for life as a sweetner but he ignored my bribe!!

Any idea ishers??
