My elderflower cordial has been steeping for 5 days as per usual but as I went to bottle it I discovered to my very. Very great dismay that it has mould floating on the top (only two small bits) but that it is also fizzing

Can it be saved so as to make it drinkable?
It’s got elderflowers, sugar, lemons and citric acid in it.
I’m gutted as we love the stuff so much and the season is over…
