My new blog.
http://www.cottagegardendiary.blogspot.com
After a bit of a technical disaster with the last one which meant I couldn't update it, I have started again with this one, and wondering why I didn't just go for Blogspot in the first place...much easier to use.
Just incase anyone is interested...

Re: My new blog.
Aww thanks Susie, you are my first follower!
And yes, I am sooooo grateful for the manure. We just don't produce garden compost in sufficient quantity to over all the veg patch, and it beats having to shovel it into bags then drive it home from the nearest stables, which I used to do in my little ford KA.
NOT GOOD if you have to do an emergency stop - I know from experience!

Re: My new blog.
Aww fanks guys, didn't think anyone actually still read it apart from my parents!
I love blogging, especially reading other peoples blogs. Check out the 'barefoot crofter' (link on my blog page) - it is way better than mine and there are some beautiful photos.

Re: My new blog.
I looked at a lot of Ishers blogs when I started blogging last month but most had seemed to have stopped months ago, including you Bonnie so I didn't bother following anyone much. Glad to see you have started again and hope the Ishyness is coming back.
As usual I am years behind the times starting anything technical!

Re: My new blog.
It's a lovely blog isn't it? Jacqui is my total heroine. And she takes the time to make it look pretty - I must admit, I have not got much patience to fiddle with the faffy bits.SusieGee wrote:Interesting, now get on with that chair Also took your advice about barefoot crofter - the gypsy creams are in the oven as we speak
MMM - I apologise, I know it is so lame when people stop blogging suddenly. The thing is the majority of my time is spent at work so I don't do much smallholdery stuff to write about! I didn't realise you had a blog too though...not sure how that slipped through the net, but have just caught up on yours, especially love the pics of your garden. Reminds me that one day summer will be back...

Re: My new blog.
You don't need to apologise! and I understand why you stopped. Love all your unfinished projects
I only started a blog last month as I felt the need to do something different and new and I think it has helped me to keep above feeling SAD and more interested in my garden.
