Anyone else keep exotics?
I know it's not very ishy of me, it's my one big weakness but I have a number of "exotic" pets, (corn snakes, giant African land snails and axolotls) and was wondering if anyone else on here has exotic pets?

I don't keep them myself, but my brother has a pet shop for exotic critters:

Yep - I have a poodle who thinks he's the Queen.
How exotic do you want them to be?

i used to catch and keep spiders and toads and tadpoles and caterpillars when i was a kid.
they werent exotic, id get them down at the reservoir behind my house.
my husband brought me home a wee tortoise that he found once. but it wouldnt eat and i though i was stressed from being captured so i let it go in the garden.

Cool. I'm afraid spiders and tarantulas freak me out. I know they shouldn't as I'm a lot bigger than they are and some of them have very pretty markings, but there's just something about the way they look and move that turns me into a big baby.theherms wrote: Tarantula owner here..
