1.5lt-orange & carrot juice.
1lt-white grape juice.
1kg-sugar.
water
1tsp-GP yeast compound.
METHOD make all the sugar into a syrup,when cool add to your demijohn with your fruit & grape juice's, top up with water and add yeast compound,fit the airlock and fully ferment out,when fermenting as stoped rack and mature for at least 6 months.
This wine is very good on it's own but it makes a nice spritzer
