Twenty two pounds of Blueberries were picked at a commercial farm, and pressure canned. They were priced at $2.75 per pound. Procedure was to wash, cook slightly, make into a mash and strain the fiber from the juice and Pressure Can at 12 PSI for 25 minutes. A total of 17 liters of juice was obtained.

Wow look at those bushes! I have got one of those mill/sieve things now after seeing your one last year then spotting one in a shop here. They are brilliant.

It sure is a nice piece of sieve machinery. I still use the screen and wooden spoon in some cases.
