What people find important
Re: What people find important
See - even an easy-going community like Ish can be split in two. So to get back to the original post, that just shows how important Marmite REALLY is

You've got me there. Can't stand them. Also not partial to olives. Other than that I eat most things.chickenchargrill wrote:What about anchovies?
Has anyone seen the plot, I seem to have lost mine?
Re: What people find important
Essential ingredient for every store cupboard, wouldn't make a beef stew without them.

Re: What people find important
One or two cooked on a pizza is fine - the amount they usually put on (lots) is too salty though. As for raw well I can only say one thing (actually never tried them raw and don't intend to!).
But tinned mackerel in tomato sauce makes me want to barf even more.
And as for rollmops.............
Oh dear - think I'd rather eat brussel sprouts!!!
