we used this recipe http://scorpius.spaceports.com/~goodwin ... inwine.htm and had enough pumpkin to do a gallon of each, spiced and unspiced.
After stage 1 it tasted very nice and when it went into the dj it went mental for a while (lots of wiping orange gunk off walls, nearby) and is still bubbling nicely through the airlock.
