Jane and i have just spent a wonderful week with our daughter who lives near Mumbles, and what a beautiful place and friendly people mind you i will have to go on a diet after having a full Welsh breakfast every morning with laver bread and cockles included mmmmmmm

Lovely area - we used to go to the Labour Party Young Socialists summer camp near there every year

we went on our first holiday in 5 years to the vale of neath this year, it was amazing.
