Help needed this weekend (25/26 Sep) re. My Crappy House

Post: # 209705Post Annpan »

Me again...

We have a bit of a plan in place. Builders come on Wednesday to start work on our drainage and foundation problems. This new builder is being very helpful and has said that the more we can get done before they arrive, the more they can get done... and we are keen to do this as the prospect of spending winter out of our home is more depressing than you can imagine...

So we have a ramshackled kitchen to move, a floor to pull up, a few stud walls to tear down...

If there is anyone around the Lanarkshire, Scotland area who has a few hours to spare... a wee hand would be appreciated.

and if anyone hasn't seen it....

this is the story so far, yes, I bought the domain name....lol

   You have the builders. I really hope they do a fantastic job. Sadly we are just too far away to be of any use except for sending you good lucks, positive vibes and hugs :hugish:

Thanks everyone, Susi made it over and we got a lot of work done in preparation for the new builder coming on Wednesday. :hugish:

But anyone with a day or weekend free give us a shout always plenty of opportunities to help out/wack things with sledge hammers to destress (I think that was Susi's favourite  )
