Feeling guilty for ignoring ish :(

Post: # 207719Post mrsflibble »

i've been very busy recently due to life getting in the way of everything. i have jkust enough time to update my facebook and that's about it lol.

so, here's what we've been up to:

summer hols. i survived; more to the point so did soph hahaha.

we went for a lovely short break in south wales, including a woodland walk up a very craggy hill culmonating in the discovery of a glade dappled with sunlight and a waterfall.

did a little blackberrying, but am going to do more while they are still edible and while soph is at school.

oh, yeah! sophie started fulltime, proper school and is adorable in her uniform and loooooving being there full time. I've also discovered that finally I CAN cope with the life of a housewife! i'm no longer worried about her having 'hippy lunches' either, seems I'm not the only hippy mother there and it's quite normal lol. it's nice fitting in for once.

so that's an update ;)
oh how I love my tea, tea in the afternoon. I can't do without it, and I think I'll have another cup very
ve-he-he-he-heryyyyyyy soooooooooooon!!!!

I think we all have time when we just have too much else to do - but we always know where to come back to! :flower:
Let us be lovely
And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!

Sounds like you have been having lots of fun.

Things are always a bit more frantic over the summer holidays here as I'm sure they are with most. It's nice to get a bit more time to do other things once they are back at school though.

Oh and I think 'hippy lunches' are so much better than white stodgy sandwich crisps and penguin bar :thumbright: :thumbright: :thumbright: :thumbright: :thumbright: :thumbright: :thumbright: :thumbright:
