Well! I read this thread with a LOT of interest...... When we were in Blackpool, I would have been an evening/night/early morning poster.... I suffered with a completely erratic sleep pattern & would collapse into bed anywhere between 3 & 5 am
I'd sleep for around 2 or 3 hours, then I'd be up, but with little or no energy & I'd doze on the sofa at odd times through the day.
It was only after I had my tummy op & started to lose all that weight that my sleep pattern evened itself out - nowadays I head to bed at around 1am & then I'm up somewhere between 6 & 8 am, ready & raring to go
Mind you, I try not to post too late at night though - even without mind altering beverages, I can tippy-tap away & when I read it back, it makes no sense whatsoever!
