Looks like a very nice site - another to bookmark!

More than nice - extremely useful - I've been looking for somewhere to buy bulk bread flour!

OK! Actually I recently discovered an organic wholemeal bread flour in a hypermarket (that we don't go to very often!) which is a first, wholemeal AND organic  - I've been searching for any kind of 'brown' bread flour for a while. It cost €1.60 per kg which is not too bad a price for bread flour here, and organic to boot! :thumbright:

However it's a lot cheaper on that site :( and the supermarket bread flour in England is miles cheaper than here; I don't know why flour in general is just soooooo expensive in France. :dontknow:

I reckon that will be because IME just about every town/village/hamlet has a baker's shop in France - wheras in UK very few do, as the general populace buy at supermarkets. We lost ours four years ago when the baker retired, the shop is now Another hairdressers :banghead:

I bought some of their pasta flour which i haven't used yet. I also got some self-raising wholemeal of theirs and made some banana cake from the recipe on their website which i enjoyed.
