If you look on the weather map just below the "20 inches" text, there is a small area marked with Heavy Snow...that is where I Live !
text from weather service, "A major winter storm will impact the region from late this afternoon through Friday night. Prior to the arrival of the main storm, light freezing drizzle will be possible this morning, generally along and south of the Minnesota River valley. Snow will then overspread the area late this afternoon and tonight from south to north, then persist through Friday night. There will be a few lulls in the precipitation when it will lighten up or perhaps stop for a brief period of time, but these will be balanced by periods of heavy snowfall. Some sleet or freezing rain is also possible over south central Minnesota and portions of west central Wisconsin, particularly late Wednesday night and Thursday. By the time things wind down Saturday morning, in excess of a foot of snow is expected over much of the area, with some totals likely topping 20 inches."
