Artichoke wine

If I make wine from my Jerusalem artichokes, will it have the same unfortunate effect as artichoke soup? Has anyone tried it? would love to know!! pbf.

EDIT: Use a half-cup of strong tea instead of the grape tannin.

EDIT2: Oh - hold on. Wrong kind of artichoke - back to the drawing board.
