Hello from Suffolk

Post: # 165408Post seacuttercat »

Hello everyone

My name is Cat and myself and my husband live on a boat in East suffolk.

I caught the growing bug at the beginning of summer by planting out a few things in a couple of pots, and now im completely hooked.

Whilst visiting the Eden project last week I discovered the 'Bible' and found out about this site, its really nice to be able to speak to like minded people as my husband just thinks I've gone nuts!

Hi and welcome! What kind of boat, a houseboat?

Andy and Dave (Hamilton) are doing foraging courses at the Eden Project this summer, I guess that's how you heard about the Bible and the website. Good stuff. :thumbright:

We live on a 55ft Pilot cutter, so it kind of looks like a tug boat. The pots are starting to come in handy for ballast as they are steadily increasing. The other boat owners have taken to calling it the floating allotment :flower:
