I purchased some brown leather boots last year and got caught out in the rain so now theyve got horrible water stains on them. I tried polishing them but as I thought, it hasnt made any difference.
Does anyone know of a way that I can remove the stains?
Thanks

You could try some olive oil.
Although I believe the best way of renovating/repairing/whatever on leather is mayonnaise!
I'd clean all the polish off first though.

Mix 1 tbsp. white vinegar with 1 cup cold water.
Dip a clean, soft rag into the mixture. Ring out most of the excess moisture.
Wipe the salt stains off of the leather.
Repeat as needed until the salt stains disappear.
Dry the leather. Let the shoes sit until fully dried.
Polish well.
