Pumpkin wine

Post: # 129218Post prison break fan »

Hi, it's me again with yet another request! Has anyone made pumpkin wine? I have some lovely ones, and hope to keep most of them for soup through the winter, but I am re-enthused by home made wines. Have found lots of recipes which all seem very straightforward, but there is nothing like first hand experience! Many thanks in anticipation!! pbf

If you must, this recipe is theoretically sound ...

Never having made this, I googled for people who had. The results are described as somewhere between "evil" and "revolting".
