Well, the house was fine this weekend. I'm glad, but not looking forward to transferring all the personal data and passwords back onto my PC lol!

I'm watching the last episode of Tess of the D'Urbavilles, and drinking a rather lovely cocktail MAdam Cholet suggested; Cava and Woodland Hooch so I'm really rather squiffy so I'll go now lol! suffice to say; weekend went incredibly well, my first big church wedding (my first church service EVER in fact) went well, my first big non family wedding job went well and m friend seems so happy that it was hard to keep my lunch down lol!!!
the service was lovely, the priest was equally as lovely and was very happy to tell me where and when i could snap away; he was also pleased that I asked for a start. it seemed nothing to me that I asked; it's his church after all but aparently not a lot of photographers think to ask. I even got a hug from the mother of the bride for the very same reason, and a kiss on the cheek from the father of the groom, again for asking their family priest what HE was happy for me to do. I feel good Karma and I actually hope that I can work with Father Arthur again 'cos he was lovely.

Andy and Dave; your help with the gift was much, much appreciated and they're both very proud of getting a signed first edition of THE book. they asked me to urge you both to become very famous so your kindness in signing the book which i bought can bring them a good retirement lol!!! I added in some hand made soap bought from the bridgford farmer's market on a trip to nottingham, and a hand crocheted, undyed, un bleached, pure cotton facecloth (the 10 pointed star from my sanity cloths post in "looks like we made it") :flower: .

all is well at casa flibble but I really missed my internets this weekend. no nearby wifi points, not even a phone point I could jack into!!! the B&B was wonderful. I am so glad we paid the extra fiver, because for that we stayed in a beautiful house iwth fabulous views and had a really tasty breakfast. if we'd gone the slightly cheaper route of staying in the day's inn or travelodge we'd not have met the really friendly lady who ran the B&B. unfortunately, my terrible short term memory (darn those short circuits) has lost her name!!!!!!

anyway, enough of my squiffy ramblings. all good with you guys?!
:drunken:
oh how I love my tea, tea in the afternoon. I can't do without it, and I think I'll have another cup very
ve-he-he-he-heryyyyyyy soooooooooooon!!!!
