A very good mate of mine is touring Europe by bicycle over the summer.
He plans to go to to France, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Netherlands and perhaps Spain.
He is hoping to perform magic shows each time he stops in order to fund his trip. He is very good at what he does and does not charge a fortune. He is also looking for kind folk to put him up and give him a meal from time to time.
This forum is populated with people from around the world so I thought that if you know of a venue that would like a magic man or want a show yourself for a party or whatever then you might be able to help. He is travelling across the North sea route but will be occasionally diverting inland (but not that far inland) so if you live on or near the North sea then give me a shout.

I don't know if we would be able to put him up as I have no idea if we are going to be moving soon (and at any rate we aren't/won't be near the North Sea), but there is a good website called www.couchsurfing.com that may be of help if he is stuck for a place to sleep.
