What can you live without
I'll second tea's motion
mine can be a hindrance rather than a help
I live without tv, have a well, so no mains water, I think I could live without my oil furnace if I had to. But wood is nearly as expensive as oil here so its a toss up.
I have lived in a cabin with only gravity fed spring water and hot water came from a tank connected to the stove, so I can rough it if need be.
Once I get my saddle fixed I won't be using the car so much for things like just going to the post office 1/2 a mile away, I wouldn't now, but my strength still isn't coming back from the last time I was sick and I can't walk that far.
I could live without my electric stove, and if I had more storage, I could can SOME of what ends up in the freezer, but I can't see life without a fridge and freezer completely.
