I’m looking for some…creative input here.

Amongst my many and varied roles I perform that of English teacher to a group of 17 eight to eleven year olds and my daughters’ school. My complete lack of any qualification whatsoever beyond being able to speak the language with a native fluency is not seen as an insurmountable hurdle, though I have found my hideous received pronunciation can confuse the little treasures: “But Monsieur Doust,â€

'Calling Occupants, of interplanetary, most extraordinary craft'..... who's that by??? seems to fit the bill...confusing words though I guess... or is that a good thing?

That, I believe, was by the Carpenters. I shudder to think of innocent French children being exposed to them :lol:

Aha - Planet Earth by Duran Duran might fit the bill. You can find a video on You Tube and the lyrics are all over the net. Wouldn't recommend the costumes, but there are good clappy bits for kids and the tune isn't too difficult.

Seriously, thanks for the suggestions. I'm going to have to give this one some thought.
