I remember a post somewhere where the police had advised to paint all your garden tools bright pink.

It wont stop a break in but thieves are less likly to take your tools as they would be harder to sell and easier to spot.

How do you make nettle manure?

Ive heard copper wire placed around your beds will deter slugs.
I have never tried it myself though.

One of my raised beds has been invaded by 1000s of ants.
Are my seedlings at danger or will my veg be in any danger as it matures?

Dont make your home brew in the allotment shed if you do then little or no work gets done on the allotment
