i live in portugal and am surrounded by yellow broom, how do i make brooms from it? does anyone know?

I'm afraid I can't remember the web address or anything, but there is at least one instructional video floating around the internet somewhere. Its more traditional besom making (ash pole, birch twig brush and willow bark binding) but the principle is pretty much the same.
