Hmmmm, run by one of my former employers so I think it would be safe to say that there will be no attempt to source local, fair trade or organic food. Perhaps there might be an organic beer or two.
There's nothing Scottish about S&N these days - no brewing in Scotland, save their recent purchase of the old Caledonian Brewery, but they bought this for one brand only: Deuchars IPA and it is only a matter of time until that is brewed in Manchester with all the rest of their beers.
Food will be from the usual 3663.com supplier. Prepackaged in plastic vac bags conveniently ready for the microwave.
