I'm relatively new to the forum, But I'm so excited our ewe, Molly had her lamb yesterday in the wee small hours! She's about 4yrs old so has done it all before, but it's totallly new to us. Thankfully she didn't need any help. So now we're waiting on our other girl - Jenny, I suspect she may have twins, so that should be fun. His mum is a suffolk cross and the father a pure suffolk.
It's a wee boy who we've called Jimmy

Awww, how cute... ours aren't due for at least a month. Seemed so sensible to keep the rams out, for a later lambing, but now I'm jealous of all the lambs I see! I guess at least ours will still be cute when everyone else's are just normal old sheep though...

great! - we are hoping to put our ewes to a (borrowed) ram in a month or so. worrying.. as we are novices... well i did volunteer to help my Dad with lambing at his place.. but only got involved with one - her first time and she had triplets...
