My local council have just started kerbside plastic bottle collections for recycling. My mother's council takes plastic containers too.

To my knowledge used nappies and plastic bags are recycled into plastic flower pots.

I believe that there are only two places in the world where sposie nappies are recycled, it is quite a labourious process, afterall they are a mix of paper, plastic and petroleum based gels.

I guess so is self sufficiency. Being labourous is not such a bad thing . As long as they are not putting smoke and toxins in the air whilst making these eco flower pots.I think it's a tremendous inovation though. People aren't going to stop using disosables so what choice do we have?
