Permaculture Day School

Bristol Permculture Group (BPG) invite you to share them in a day of listening, sharing & learning.
The day will be a mixture of talks & discussions with some key names in the Permaculture field, practical skill-sharing workshops by BPG members, and information on local projects with a permaculture focus for you to join in on.
There will also be plenty of time to chat, make links and share news. As well as communal meals, there'll be entertainment into the late evening to enable everyone to relax and reflect on the day.

Paul Mobbs (author of ‘Energy Beyond Oil’ on the looming Peak Oil crisis)
Nicky Scott (Community Composting.)
Dr Chris Johnstone (positive personal response to environmental crisis)
Maddy Harland (editor, Permaculture Magazine, on how to stay sane while working for a sustainable future)
Karin (Steiner Waldorf Landworks teacher on nature education for children)
Mike Feingold (round the world tour of sustainable traditional systems)
Sarah Pugh (Urban permaculture & community action)

Practical workshops
Visit to Boiling Wells Youth Environment Project with scything demonstration from Neils Corfield
Alex (sock darning for the future)
Emma Winfield (natural cleaning)
plus
Green woodworking
Willow hurdle making

Bookings
Tickets are only £6 for the entire event, (more if you're feeling generous & want to help us cover costs). Please email dilemma@btinternet.com to make your bookings, put ‘BPG Dayschool booking’ in the email subject
bar and tell us how many of you are coming.

Food & Fun
Food being provided by Kebele Kulture Project Cafe - lunch and dinner £3 each meal (£5 day food ticket). Tea & cake on sale all day!
Entertainment to be provided by Don't Take That, a covers band with an eco twist, plus others to be confirmed
Registration is at 9.30am, workshops till 6pm and party till 11pm.

I saw this yesterday on another site to do with bristol permaculture would have gone to it but to late finding out :cry:
well i suppose there will be events in the coming year
