was a week late today so my midwife came only to discover I was 3cm dilated without realising.
I had a couple of contrations this afternoon, nothing too major then about 6pm he just decided he was coming and was born at 7:05pm

just as well I wasn't in asda, eh?

weighed 9lb 7oz

well done! Was it your first? 9lb 7 seems very big to just slip out like that! I hope mine comes with as little fuss (no 2 due feb 1st).

His names Jack and he was my 3rd. My other 2 were 6lb 6oz and 9lb 4oz

y girl was only 5lb 7oz and I made enought of a fuss over her heavens knows how I would have cope with a baby of Jack's size !!
