Detering Rabbits

After the bloody pigeons had eaten their fill and waddled off, burping contentedly to themselves, my cucumbers were attacked by a rabbit. The little sod also nipped off the leaves from me melons. I was not happy. Anyway, someone suggested spreading a little dried blood fertiliser on the surface near the plants. Apparently this is highly terrifying to Benjamin Bunny and two weeks on it seems to be working. Just thought I'd pass the tip on.

I read that planting Jacobs Ladder deters them as well?

Not just whilst you plant it, as a plant in place I mean.

Not heard about Jacob's Ladder. I'll check up on the translation and have a look for it.
