This small tomato is now producing and is quite prolific. The fruit grows in clusters and is touted to all ripen at the same time. There are three plants growing along a vertical trellis. I was looking at these photos and I thought "Hmm - Durgan's got furry caterpillars on his Solanum pimpinellfolium," and then is realised that they were pipe cleaners you'd used to tie them in.

I've never have a great deal of success with these - they seem particularly prone to disease around here - but the flavour is excellent.

Those pipe cleaners are very handy for fastening plants. They can take a reasonable load, in fact, I don't remember ever breaking one from the plant load. They are available in craft stores, and come in many colours. I usually try for green, but often take what is available, hence the white.
This is my first year for the Red currant tomato.
