Foraging Challenges: What would you set...

Hi all,
I'm putting together a little foraging websitey-community-gamey-thing, in which people confirm each others photos of finds, with a points-system. Part of it is the ability to earn 'badges' (all very scouts
) for combinations of finds. I've got some basic ones (10 finds, 20 finds, etc), but I want to put together a series of badges (novice, apprentice, adept, expert, legend) which help people get to grips with hunting for stuff in a structured way.
So, for instance, to earn a novice badge, you'd need to find ...
1xNettle
1xWild Garlic
1xElder (berry or flower)
1xBramble
1xShaggy Inkcap
Then, the next badge up would have a series of finds which are slightly more difficult to find/identify
So here's my question: if you were setting targets for some of these other badges, what would you use?
