Hi everyone,I'm interested in trying lunar gardening this year, neighbour at my allotment swears by it. Would be grateful for any advice from anyone who's tried this method before. Many Thanks

I do it - I think it's probably a load of cobblers, but it does mean that I'm following a schedule of sorts.

True, but the idea of putting off a job that the weather is perfect for because it's the wrong phase of the moon seems like madness to me - if there's one thing I've learned about gardening up here, it's that you take the weather when you get it.

Dunc, living on the very edge of the Peak District I agree with you there.
Now what was it I wanted to do this weekend if the weather is good enough...
