It gives recipes that can be changed to make different doughs. The recipes are for a moist, sticky dough that keeps in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. The 5 minutes a day is how long it takes to get the dough from the fridge and prep it ready for cooking, so maybe it should be 30 minutes on Sunday, 5 minutes a day to prep and 30 minutes to cook a day?
Pretty good read, and the recipes are really nice and clear. The fact that they give you so many ways of using one dough recipe makes it really worth reading.
