We have just sampled our marmalade gin, which we made out of the tons of marmalade I made when getting kilos and pounds muddled. It's very easy: a one pound jar of marmalade, a bottle of gin, 5oz sugar and 5 drops of vanilla essence. Put into a a kilner jar and leave for 3 weeks. taste and add more sugar if needed, filter into bottles and enjoy! It's yummy, and brill in bread and butter pudding or anywhere you want a sweet strong alcohol.
