new pig movement rules

Have just been trying to download a pig movement licence aml2, defra says that I have to register with BPEX now and it is all done online. Has anyone been through this yet? When I looked at BPEX at the moment all that is available is the licence to go from farm to slaughter. What I want is farm to farm. Can anyone help me? Thanks
