Well steers actually, we've had them for over 18 months now and to be honest it's been a bit of a pain to keep their weight on just recently. We've managed to get them back to a good weight and our home kill butcher is coming round this weekend to send them off to that big paddock in the sky.
They'll fill our freezer and we're selling one beast to two of our friends so it should cover all costs. No more cows for us though, sick of their mooing.
