it's.... ummm.. well a lot of money!!
Sounds expensive to me to be honest... but then at wark farm the prices are :
1 kg steak mince - £6.90
1 kg stewing steak - £7.70
1 kg stewing steak (sliced) not an option on their list - £7.70
1 kg leg lamb roast £11.00
1 kg lamb chops £12.00

Oh, and it's cheaper still if we buy at the farm
They are working towards organic certification - wonder whether their prices will go up then!!

Thats not bad...
1 kg steak mince - £6.90
1 kg stewing steak - £7.70
1 kg stewing steak (sliced) not an option on their list - £7.70
1 kg leg lamb roast £11.00
1 kg lamb chops £12.00
I currently pay £4.23 per kilo for beef mince (organic) but can't get any of the rest of the stuff (can get pork mince and pork steaks tho)
hmmmmmmmmmm..how much cheaper can you get it by going on site?

think it's 10% - says something about it on their website.
Where do you currently buy your organic mince then?? That's a good price.

Ahhh ok....
Well... perhaps it's worth comparing the two side by side... shall we have a taste test of mr T v wark farm and maybe even v the people at Rhynie (not organic but grass fed aberdeen angus!)
