Hi, found a few of these mushrooms while on a walk today.

I found them growing on top of a hay bale next to field, this is in Cambridgeshire in the UK.

Can anybody identify this for me and tell if they are edible?

it looks like a field mushroom. Does it change colour when it's cut? Does it smell?

(Whatever you do don't eat it until you've positively identified it).

Edit: I noticed there is no annular ring which most field mushrooms have so not a positive ID, sorry
