Cuttin' firewood

Normally I don't get to cut Large trees and actually I prefer not to.
this is a Dead windfall, the base is about 36 inch in Diameter (almost a 1 meter)
My chainsaw has a 20 inch bar (about 1/2 Meter).
This is the largest tree I ever Cut up.

wow.bet that took some hard work ...loads of firewood from it I should imagine, looking at the girth of the trunk!

Keith,
it is White Oak. As you can probably notice the "wet" looking spot in the middle is rotten...if teh base wasn't rotten, I would have probably not been able to successfully cut it with that saw, Stihl 360 Pro, which is my largest saw.

yes, lots of wood from that tree, except for the base, it was rot free and Heavy ! 6 trailers loads ! I can usually get about 3/4 cord in a trailer load, but that ground was soggy and I was afraid of getting stuck, so I only loaded the trailer lightly...about 1/2 cord.
