Is there an easy blond proof way of sharing pics ?

Want to share pics from the garden etc

You could try:

Find the photo on facebook

If on a pc you should be able to right click on the photo

click on something like 'view image' on the pop up menu

get that link from your browser bar by copying it (after right clicking to get the menu to copy the link)

[img]insert.link.on.here.inbetween.these.two.bracket.things[/img]

You need something like flickr or photobucket.

Select photo, right click on it and go to view image info (or similar) copy photo address and paste on here in a URL link.

I think that's the easiest way to do it!
