Noisy Wynadotte

Our Wynadotte squawks most of the morning- and some of the afternoon too. I'm worried that it's going to start annoying our neighbours. Three questions:
1) Much of the noise seems to be occuring when other ones go off to lay and she can't see them (she's the dominant one). The laying has only been happening the past few days- is she likely to calm down?
2) Does anyone know of anything that will calm her/stop the noise?
3) If we decide we need to rehome her where is it good to advertise? I'm happy for her to go for free. Does anyone on here live miles from nowhere and want a silver laced Wynadotte, we're in Worcestershire?
