carrot wine recipe

Some many years ago I made a batch of carrot wine that was very nice to drink. Unfortunately I lost the recipe. Can anyone give me a reliable one that they have used succesfully please?

Wait till the new Ish-brew book comes out and you will find my recipie for carrot whisky!
