one of my girls, ruby or rosie laid their first egg this morning!! it was still warm! how will I cook it? think I will go for poached on some of my home grown spinach!!

well whoever didnt lay this morning must have felt a bit leftout cos this afternoon another lovely egg!!!

Glad to hear it, I love collecting from my chooks, they are going great guns at the moment so its a daily delight!
