Highlight the required text ... left click mouse just in front of the first word, press and hold the shift button and then left click mouse just after the last word, then right click mouse and select "copy".
Open up notepad or Wordpad, put mouse cursor on blank page, right click and select "paste".
From notepad you can then either print it or save it ... or both.

Sounds complicated, but easy after the first time.
Probably best to have notepad or Wordpad open first,

If you have windows 7 you can copy the recipe onto a "sticky note" on your desktop until such time as you want to print it, put it on word or whatever! Just found this function and I love it!!
