best growing pots

Ok folks, help and ideas needed.
I am getting a greenhouse made and so I need to think about pots and stuff. I've used an assortment of pots, containers and holders etc to grow my veg in previously such as rootrainers of different depths in the past along with all sorts such as milk cartons, toilet rolls, yoghurt pots, arg tubs etc but with the new greenhouse I'd like to standerdise my growing bits. I'm not too enamoured at buying disposable or cheap / thin trays etc as these will tend to get damaged after a season or two.
Typical plastic brown or black plant pots are available but again made from oil even if it is a by product / secondary use product. clay pots could well be better but there may be a price premium on this product over plastic. I will be growing a lot of plants so initial cost is big factor.
Is there any recomendations from you good people for specific plant pots / trays etc?
Also any recomendations for growing medium such as coir or johgn innes etc?
The plants that will be grown will be almost excl;usivly veg although cuttings etc of plants may find theselves in pots also.
