Any on you's seen this docu ?

Our problem ( europeans ) is that we will go to extremes to get things as cheap as possible ,
and it is being encouraged and provoked by the governements , they will always profit on every
situation .

The African continent could supply the world of sugar , but the bunch of criminalks in Brussels
do not want this , they protect the European sugar industry ( which also take billions of subsidized
tax money ,ours) ,keep Africa poor .Could go on for hours .

Didn't see the programme, but I don't think the problem is that people go for the cheapest, in some way the problem is that they go for the more expensive 'convenience' processed foods. Especially in England we have almost given up on the simple pleasures of preparing real food and eating together.
Obviously this a product of the long hours we all work, men and women. Once upon a time a family could survive on one persons wage, now two have to work to keep a roof over their heads. There used to be great talk about the age of leisure, but the system has effectively exploited labour saving devices in the home just to drive down wages, so both partners/parents, in the majority of homes, have to work.
The exploitation of Africa by the rich is on many levels, whether we buy or don't buy their products. Africa's resources have been and will continue to be exploited by the rich and powerful until Africa are able to gain an independence and control over their own resources.
Perhaps we need to reflect on how the West reacts to any African country that tries to establish any economic independence eg Uganda, Libya, Zimbabwe, they are decried as dictators, terrorists, etc and economic sanctions imposed to bring them back into the West's bidding (NB. Dictators that are compliant to the West are either ignored or fetted).
Sorry I could go on and on
Anyway, I don't think you should eat sugar - it is probably the most damaging food healthwise you can eat.
