got our pigs back from the abbatoir yesterday, and butchered it ourselves. Easier than we thought!
and pleased cos the meat actually looks like real pork and everything!

looks gorgeous we used to keep GOS but that looks better than anything we produced

I know a dog who will do anything - even behave well - for a pig's ear. Hint.

well i would send you a couple of ears.. but we eat them ourselves. boiled for ages, then cut into strips, floured and fried. lovely!

not made any bacon yet - the bellies lie in teh freezer waiting our next move
we certainly plan to keep pigs again next year!
