Ours hasn't, no surprise there, in fact would have been surprised if he had! But like yours, ours will also be getting an e-mail!

Got a letter on Friday from the House of Commons.
Apparently, my MP can't sign it because he's the Chairman of Ways and means and a Deputy Speaker.
This means he can't do anything that his constituents ask for apparently.

Mine hadn't so I followed the links to send him an email to ask him to. This is his reply
Thank you for your recent e-mail concerning food labelling and chicken
welfare.
As a Government Minister I am unable to sign EDMs which is a facility
for backbenchers only.
I have however written to the Secretary of State for the Environment
bringing your concerns to his attention.
I'll contact you again when I receive a reply. In order for me to do
this it would be helpful if you could send me your full postal address.
