When asked if we could keep chickens, our landlady responded with " Of course you can, ducks would be nice as well."

So we can stop dreaming and start serious planning.

If there are any chook owners in or near the Truro area who would be open to us visiting and aseeing first hand what it takes we would be very grateful. Learning from books and th net is alkl well and good but we would like to see a set up for ourselves if possible. Though we both had them around as kids we didn't pay any attention really so we want to make sure that we do it properly.
